Exchange & Refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange the item based on the Return & Exchange policy.

Exchange

Customers are welcome to exchange their purchased goods within 14 working days of purchase date. The customer must visit the shop at Bin Jelmoud House where the products will be checked for any damage and that the condition of the product is satisfactory for resale. 

Exchange can only be made with items of equal or higher value than the product initially purchased.

Note that books cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it was purchased damaged.

General Returns

The customer can make a return by visiting the store at Bin Jelmoud House and presenting the original receipt along with the item purchased in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Customers will need to fill out a Customer Refund Request Sheet upon return of product. The information listed will only be used to process the refund and for audit purposes.

Note that books cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it was purchased damaged.

Credit and Debit card refunds will be credited to the original customer’s credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods upon purchase to ensure that the item is in good condition. If the item is not in good condition the customer may return the purchase by visiting the shop to make the return and presenting the receipt along with the item purchased in its original condition and packaging within 3 working days.
