How can I find a particular item?
You may use the search field to find the product you are looking for, or you may look through the shop categories to find the product.

Do you accept international orders?
Currently we can only accept orders within Qatar.
Deliveries
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders will be dispatched during our working hours, and will made through Qatar Post.
Deliveries within Doha will be delivered within 48 hours from the date of order.
Deliveries outside Doha will be delivered within 72 hours from the date of order.

Returns & Refunds
How long will it take to receive my refund if I made my purchase through credit/debit card?
Once the item is returned to our store in its original condition and packaging, the fund will usually be returned to your bank account within 15-30 days.
If I paid for my order with Cash on Delivery how will I get my refund?
You can visit the store within 14 days to return your item and get a refund. The item must be in original condition and packaging.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
Kindly contact us on [email protected] or our WhatsApp number 40065522, and provide all information about your order, including: order number, the item received and the item you intended to purchase.

Shipping
All online orders will be delivered to customers through Qpost.
We are currently only accepting orders within Qatar and unable to ship internationally.
Exchange & Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange the item based on the Return & Exchange policy.
Exchange
Customers are welcome to exchange their purchased goods within 14 working days of purchase date. The customer must visit the shop at Bin Jelmoud House where the products will be checked for any damage and that the condition of the product is satisfactory for resale.
Exchange can only be made with items of equal or higher value than the product initially purchased.
Note that books cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it was purchased damaged.
General Returns
The customer can make a return by visiting the store at Bin Jelmoud House and presenting the original receipt along with the item purchased in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Customers will need to fill out a Customer Refund Request Sheet upon return of product. The information listed will only be used to process the refund and for audit purposes.
Note that books cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it was purchased damaged.
Credit and Debit card refunds will be credited to the original customer’s credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods upon purchase to ensure that the item is in good condition. If the item is not in good condition the customer may return the purchase by visiting the shop to make the return and presenting the receipt along with the item purchased in its original condition and packaging within 3 working days.
Terms & Conditions
The website and goods are provided by Msheireb Museums being part of Msheireb Properties W.L.L, a company duly registered and established in accordance to Qatari companies’ laws under CR No 35350 (MP).
These Terms & Conditions (the “T&Cs”) form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the T&Cs is given when you purchase goods from us. You should read these T&Cs carefully before buying anything from this website.
We reserve the right to change the T&Cs under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in the T&Cs will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these T&Cs and published on the website. You should check the T&Cs posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

Information about the Website and the Goods
This part sets out some terms about the information on the website, descriptions of goods and how you use the website.
By placing your order with us, you are accepting these T&Cs and also agreeing to the notices and disclaimers.
We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods and listed prices, is accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.
You should bear in mind that buying over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular, you acknowledge that:
- The colors which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors including your display settings.
- All sizes and measurements are approximate.
- All goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order.
- Any delivery estimates given on the website or by email are estimates only.
- The goods and promotions which are offered on the website may not be available in-store, and vice-versa.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.
Purchasing Goods Online
This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the website.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “order”) by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:
- Add product to your shopping basket
- Enter login details
- Enter delivery address details
- Confirmation of order
Items purchased online can be cancelled by a Msheireb Museums’ Gift Shop online registered customer. The order value can either be credited into the customers’ credit/debit card (administration fees will apply for refunds). Customers can only cancel their order if the goods have not yet been Shipped.
The customer should contact Msheireb Museums Customer Support to cancel their order [email protected] as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched and confirm if they want a refund. If the order has already been dispatched Msheireb Museums Gift Shop will not be able to cancel the order.
All order cancellations must be made in writing to Msheireb Museums’ Gift Shop Customer Support, quoting order reference number, date of purchase and stating the reason for cancellation. If the order has already been processed and dispatched, then the online return procedures must be followed. In the case of a customer requesting a refund, administration fees may apply.
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email to the email address you provide in the order process.
This order acknowledgment email will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and does not constitute acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and send you an order dispatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is dispatched.
Delivery charges are not included in the prices of goods and will be displayed during the ordering process if the customer opts for paid delivery. Any refunds will be in accordance with our Online Refund & Exchange Policy.
Exchange / Faulty Items: Damage or defective goods must be returned within 3 days of receipt of goods. Good may be exchanged for another item (same or higher value) or for a refund.
Customers will be required to fill out a customer refund request to verify the returns. The personal information provided on a refund sheet is required in order to process the refund and is used for auditing purposes as well as to ensure customer satisfaction.
We do not provide any warranties for any products.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how, on the digital platform of this e-commerce website, Msheireb Museums collects, uses and shares Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) obtained from and about individuals who visit the website. Msheireb Museums respects the privacy of persons who choose to visit the website and is committed to making the website a safe and secure environment.

How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits or accesses their information, to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser that enable the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website. Customer data is stored in our E-commerce platform indefinitely. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future. Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.
